Business Travel

Whether you are a regular user of chauffeur driven cars or require a vehicle for a one-off occasion, Cars for Stars (Lincoln) welcome the opportunity to provide you with a personalised quotation. Subject to a fixed itinerary, Cars for Stars (Lincoln) will provide you with an individual, fixed price for your hire. For the sake of clarity and peace of mind all quotations are confirmed in writing, with a summary of the itinerary and type of vehicle. For non-account holders, we will also confirm how and when you should pay. Whilst most customer prefer a fixed price for a confirmed hire, in most cases, we can and will accommodate changes to the itinerary or extended hires, although these changes will may be subject to additional charges. All confirmed bookings are subject to receipt of our signed Booking Form.

Corporate Travel - Regular Users

Regular users of chauffeur driven cars are invited to apply for a corporate account. In addition to credit terms of up to 30 days (subject to status),  account holders receive preferential rates and services as befits a frequent user of our services. Customers of Cars for Stars can elect to apply for a local account with Cars for Stars (Lincoln) or if they have a need outside our area, for a national account with Cars for Stars head office. Accounts are offered subject to status and regular use.

Cars for Stars account holders will be able to choose between a fixed price hire (as referred to above) or opt for a fixed hourly rate and charge per mile. The latter is typically less expensive than a fixed rate hire and affords more flexibility with the hire, this option is only open to account holders. As a Cars for Stars account holder, our clients will not be required to sign a Booking Form for each hire (unless they prefer to do so), instead they agree in advance to our terms and conditions. All that is required is an email from an authorised person to confirm the details of the hire and the type of vehicle required. We will then confirm the hourly rate, mileage charge and type of vehicle that will be provided. In addition, where we do not have a suitable vehicle available, Cars for Stars will offer a free vehicle upgrade.

Regular users of Cars for Stars chauffeur services will be provided with a 24 hour 'hotline' for bookings of chauffeur cars, this facility is exclusive to Cars for Stars account holders. In addition, account holders can book direct with any Cars for Stars office and receive their invoice from one central point.

Airport Transfers - Meet & Greet

Cars for Stars service most of the major and regional UK airports with chauffeur cars, people carriers and stretched limousines. This is available at a fixed price which includes parking and waiting time of up to 45 minutes. Account holders can opt for a hourly rate and mileage charge of they prefer. A meet and greet service is also available at a small extra charge, this service is more personal and avoids the delays and confusion that can occur when arranging an alternative meeting place. Our meet and greet service ensures that our chauffeur is available in the arrivals hall to greet the passenger with a digital sign board. The chauffeur will then assist the passenger with her or her luggage and escort them to the car. This service is particularly suitable for important clients and busy travellers. Meet & Greet must be requested at the time of booking.

Event Transportation

As one of the largest limousine and chauffeur drive companies in Europe, Cars for Stars is well placed in term of scale and experience to offer event transportation. If you require a large number of guest to be moved from A to B or a shuttle service for your guests, then Cars for Stars can, with notice, provide a suitable solution. We do not, however, offer luxury coaches, but we are happy to recommend other service providers where we feel they are better suited to the task. 

Tours and Sightseeing

Cars for Stars (Lincoln) also offer a bespoke tour and sightseeing service in a choice of vehicles to suit the occasion including chauffeur driven cars, people carriers or stretched limousine anywhere in the United Kingdom. These fixed price tours can be tailored to suit the requirements of our clients and can include overnight stays where required. Whilst Cars for Stars do not include accommodation as part of the tours package, we would be pleased to recommend an appropriate hotel. If required, Cars for Stars can also recommend a suitable Blue Badge tour guide.

Special Occasions and Weddings

In addition to business travel, Cars for Stars (Lincoln) also cater for private hires for special occasions such as school balls, weddings and private celebrations. Cars for Stars have a wide range of vehicles to suit most tastes and budgets and offer a fixed price for all confirmed hires subject to the original itinerary being unchanged. For weddings, Cars for Stars (Lincoln) will include a vehicle decorated with ribbons and bows and where requested, also provide fresh flowers, Champagne and a red carpet. We are also happy to, where practicable, tailor the service offered to include, for example balloons, chocolates, flowers etc. Please outline your requirement at the time of your enquiry.

Cars for Stars (Lincoln) fully encompasses and endorses the gendarme of service provider and will make every attempt to accommodate our customers needs. We adopt a flexible and transparent approach to all of our clients. Our aim is to deliver a first class service each and every time, for this reason we recognise our limitations and do not attempt to offer a product or service from a third party just to secure a hire. For this reason, we do not offer a concierge service to book hotels or restaurants, nor do we offer food or hampers. We will, however, where practicable recommend suitable providers of these services.
